Charity Partnership with Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity

We’re proud to announce that Houlihan Pharmacy has chosen Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity as our official charity partner for the next 12 months.

Why This Charity?

As a community pharmacy, we wanted to partner with a charity that reflects our values and allows us to make a real difference locally. Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity provides:

• Life-saving medical equipment

• Family support services

• Play therapy

• Funding for vital research

This incredible work helps thousands of seriously ill children and their families across the West of Scotland, many of whom live within the communities we serve.

How We’ll Be Supporting

Over the next year, our pharmacy teams across branches, hubs, private clinics and our head office will be getting involved in fundraising events and awareness activities to support this fantastic cause.

Some of the first events include:

• Kami Bear’s Teddy Trail – Saturday 13th September

  
  

  A family-friendly 5k or 10k walk. Our team will be there in full force with balloons, t-shirts, and plenty of energy to raise awareness and funds.

• The Great Scottish Run – Sunday 5th October

  
  

  For those looking for more of a challenge, members of our team will take on the 10k and half marathon to raise money and show support for the charity.
