• How the Programme Works

• Register at Houlihan Pharmacy – Just pop in and speak to a member of our team to get started.

• Set a Quit Date – We’ll help you choose a realistic date to stop smoking and prepare for it.

• Weekly Check-ins – You'll have weekly visits with us for up to 12 weeks, where we’ll track your progress, offer support, and supply your NRT or prescribed medication.

• Carbon Monoxide Monitoring – If you wish, we can monitor your carbon monoxide levels to show the physical progress your body is making as you quit.

• Celebrate Your Success – As you move through the programme, we’ll help you stay motivated and mark your progress.
